#ecopackaging I got this only #forthedollar cause it’s a little steep for #tofu and because I screwed up my last batch by putting them in the fridge 🤦♀️ So I proceeded to do the exact same thing this time. Luckily since it was only in the fridge for a couple days it did not fully freeze but they were already icicles in there (I could hear crackling as I opened the packaging) 🧊 It’s still weird to me that you need to keep it in room temperature but at least this time I thought the taste was pretty decent 😊 As usual I just prepared #tofuscramble with it for breakfast - no pictures though 😛 #veganuary #abillionhacks
