This my absolutely favourite dish at PLANTA yorkville! The sauce is amazing and it has a great ratio of pasta, zucchini, and eggplant layers as well as their to die for cashew mozzarella and topped with their almond parmesan. I highly recommend it and PLANTA yorkville all together because their food is so good!

Really?! Fav eh? Good to know! I went twice, years ago and loooooved their pizza! I am so hesitant to go because parking is WILDLY EXPENSIVE! Which is too bad because the food is so good.
It really looks exceptional!
