
This mac has organic brown rice & quinoa elbow pasta. It pretty much is just like other boxed mac—dried pasta with a powder packet, instructions to add 1/3 cup of dairy free milk, and an optional 2 tablespoons of nondairy butter for a richer mac. This is a quick, easy vegan meal when you don’t have a lot of time to cook. Throw in some peas or other steamed greens if you want to give it a nutrition boost!
