Omit the mayo for a vegan experience. Super good, the tofu was super flavourful, and the bread was just so crispy and soft at the same time. Big fan! The price is super reasonable too. Terrible photo because I was in a hurry to eat it.

Hi are you sure the bread doesn't have any egg or milk in it? I thought banh-mi Brad used egg?

Good question! I’ll need to investigate for next time. This was given as a vegan option in other reviews, so I do need to do more due diligence to be sure! If not, I’ll delete the review.
