Nutritional Yeast Flakes with B12 du Engevita — Avis de mikisle (15 déc. 2021)

Amazing nutty flavour. Nice substitute to parmesan cheese (not for nutritional values but for taste and texture). It's great to make sure you reach your daily intakes of all vitamin Bs, especially B12 (which is very hard to get in a vegan diet). I would highly recommend sticking to 3-5g per day otherwise you are very likely to go over maximum daily threshold of vitamin B3.
