As I never tried nutritional yeast I experimented on bread thinking it might melt but nothing happened even after baking for 2 minutes so by this I understood it can be used only for grinding with other ingredients.anyway it gave my cashew cheese good flavor and taste.

🤣🤣 It doesn't melt, it only serves to put in recipes or on the top of them, giving a cheese flavor and increasing the nutritional value. I'm glad you could find it.
