Not super cheap but it's definitely not overly expensive either. It takes a little bit to learn how to make gluten free pizza crust compared to pizza crust with gluten but once you get the hang of it it's not to difficult. I find one pack of this makes enough dough for 2 nice medium size pizzas. Ingredients are fairly healthy. As someone who loves pizza I always try to keep at least one pack of this in the kitchen.
