Maybe I heated these too long but all the tomato sauce dried up and I was left with a thin coating of sauce on each ball. They also fell apart, and the texture was a bit like mashed potato with grains and soy protein bits in it. Luckily I was having it over a salad instead of pasta, as that would've been a dry dish! Not too bad as a crumbly meatball flavored salad topping though #veganisnotscary #dogsofabillion #saladbowl
