Another great dish from Cafe Thrive! I went for the turkey slices option, you can also get roasted butternut squash. Packed with chestnut hummus, stuffing, pickled cabbage and mayo with a nice garnish of salad with sunflower seeds 🌻 the turkey option is probably slightly dryer than the butternut squash so might try that next time 😋
It really feels very festive! 🤤 🤶
