So nice to have warm cookies from the oven and not have to make them yourself. I think her recipes are healthier than most which is great. It seemed like there were more grains and it wasn’t as smooth as other cookies. I’m being fussy here though.

We got these as a substitute in our shopping for something else. My spouse didn't realise you had to bake them! We've still got a couple more in the cupboard so I might give them a go.
Ha! I wonder if they’ll be any good after living in the cupboard? Can’t hurt to try!
