i don't really notice a big difference in store-bought seitan but this one is my favorite because it was on sale. i like making thin slices of the medallions for sandwiches. someone told me they cut it into cubes and brown it with oil and smoked paprika to use as pancetta. #veganisnotscary #foodonsaletastesbetter
