Taste wise, the cheese is good, however, you do need to set your expectations that the only thing it has to do with brie is the shape. Texture wise it was more like the log fauxmages that you can get. I reckon it might not be as easy to get the dairy gooey texture that brie usually has. But taste is really good and enjoyed it
