Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs au Sen Viet Vegetarian Restaurant — Avis de Plumes (23 nov. 2021)

The "ribs" were nice and chewy, I think it was some kind of tofu and the sauce was lovely and sweet. More flavourful than your usual sweet and sour.
