Yummy! Very tasty carbonara with vegan egg!! I have never tried the "real" carbonara but this dish was excellent. Nice flavors.

Comments on here say it's tomato but I thought I saw comments on google saying it is made from potato 😅 honestly I'm not sure! But this is a 100% vegan restaurant so im sure it is made out of a plant 🤣
