
Dare is known for their artisanal vegan cheeses handmade in Asheville NC. The Gouda variety isn't a sliceable hard cheese like the traditional version, but a soft spread that I ate on wheat crackers.
The taste was definitely gouda-like and was pretty amazing. It's made from cashews and coconut oil so it is rich and best eaten in small doses. I think I'm going to try it on a burger this weekend.
Yum. It's salty though. This snack called for lots of water.
