VEGAN

Teng Eng

Post booster jab weakness, the body calls for comfort food.Made an easy tomyum soup.
The label says vegetarian but it's all vegan.

Boiled water wth onion, garlic, carrots, bird eye chilli n kaffir lime leaves.
Added the paste.
Sweet peas, yellow capsicum, baby corn, bak choy, tomatoes, silken tofu and oyster mushrooms.
Not bad, this paste. Am gonna buy it again.

Pimped it up with fried shallots, fried garlic and spring onion.
Now im gonna crash and sleep!

skootykoots ouh sounds fancy.how do u work it with beans, mix them in a paste n roast? do u dilute d paste?Reply
ziggyradiobear You can just add some of the tom yum paste directly to cooked/canned and drained beans and mix them up before sending them to the oven to bake. I usually will add the paste, some oil, vinegar/or any acid of choice. You can also add a little sugar and chilli flakes to your taste.1 likeReply
