Chocolate and espresso flavoured bar, high in fibre, protein with a bit more fat and carbs than the average. I like the taste but it's definitely nothing for non-coffee drinkers.
It keeps you full and makes a good snack. The nutritional value is ok. I'd consider this a sweet snack.
