Magic with every bite
Went to Miznon again and caught up with the chef who said one of his favorite things to eat behind the scenes in the kitchen was a simple vegan pita he makes with chickpeas doused in tahini and smothered with their green herb mix. I don’t know what they put in the herbs but it’s like Israeli wasabi! Has such an amazing kick. I thought this would be starchy and heavy but it was absolutely divine!
It’s not on the menu but if you go just ask for it!
