8 Course Vegan Tasting Menu au Alice — Avis de tiascaz (12 nov. 2021)

I am speechless. I did not expect to find what should be a Michelin star vegan restaurant in Ottawa, but here it is. Chef Briana Kim is an absolute genius, as all of this food was stunning, creative, and delicious. The restaurant focuses on fermented vegetables, putting creative ingredients together to create a fantastic experience. I couldn’t say which dish was my favourite because they were all mind blowing. I 100% recommend any vegan in Ottawa to try this place.
