🇲🇽 Es sub lingual por lo que se absorbe mucho mejor que las cápsulas, basta con aplicar lo del gotero que viene incluido una vez a la semana.
Lo llevo usando desde hace un año y lo volvería a comprar, el sabor no es desagradable.
