Holy mother of God, this was amazing! The gnocchi was so good and I don't buy into this soaked for 24 hrs and squeezed by hand malarkey but by god that's what the pumpkin seed houmous tasted like! I ate the lot and there was a lot! I enjoyed this immensely. #veganisnotscary
