Was excited to have found a vegan 'whole' milk, only to have it do that in my first cup of tea using it! It isn't curdled, I think it's solid coconut cream but it doesn't melt... I did shake the carton too. Taste is okay, it isn't fortified with any vitamins or minerals. Maybe it would be handy for baking.
