Haha #tangyuan, the cop-out for any chef stuck without ideas for a vegan #dessert 😏 I've never been the biggest fan, but I've tried to be objective here and give a rating based on how it compares to other versions of this that I've had elsewhere. Therefore it's 5 stars 🤩 (You'll note I've also put my #coconut hate aside for this 😏)
The explosion of fudgy #brownsugar goodness would delight any #sweettooth ☺️ Also a nice #peranakan aka #nyonya touch to a Chinese classic (#fusion #malaysianeats #veganisnotscary 😀)
P.S. Extra points for that ornate tableware, seriously 😍
