this is delicious! I’ve tried a lot of vegan lasagnas and overall this was one of the best tasting. Certainly suitable for non-vegans to try out as a great option with vegan cheese and vegan meat alternative. The only downside is it’s a bit pricey for the one serving and pretty high in sodium as well but I would definitely get this again.  #veganisnotscary 55 of 90
