Flavour 8/10, but it’s a good option over making home made Alfredo sauce. I do wish the packaging was different. It’s messy to close a zipper pouch after squeezing out sauce, and it could easily come in a jar for zero waste.

This sauce line is a tribute to my mother. She immigrated to Canada from Italy when she was 7 years old. Growing up, I spent countless hours in the kitchen with her, learning my Nonna’s secret recipes and inventing recipes of our own. It gives me such pleasure to offer up my family traditions to your table.
