I'll have to admit I mostly bought it cause it had a funny name. Other than the fact that having frozen real food ready for eating is a capitalist miracle, of course. This paella is made of rice, baked red pepper with leek, confit tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli, peas and nori seaweed for sea flavor. I wasn't expecting much, but I really liked it. Probably will add it to my regulars. #veganisnotscary #curitiba
