I didn't think it was possible to pull up a creme brulee cake, specially the most important part, the outer crispy shell. I was once again impressed by their talent! The dough is regular vanilla, the filing is white chocolate and there's a thin caramelized sugar crispy layer above the chocolate. Just amazing! #veganisnotscary #curitiba
