Tapioca Kueh au Cookhouse by Koufu — Avis de tabs (16 oct. 2021)

An oily panfried indulgence. Located near the food court entrance and immediately caught my eye from the start, especially when it was being panfried fresh!! It is one of those Pasar Malam traditional local snacks which honestly cannot be found as easily nowadays because no more Pasar Malam sessions in sg… 😢

Nice Pandan coconut-y flavour that is not too sweet - I liked! & also quite missed eating this.
Crisp outer edges/surface and generous batter in a single pancake so it is quite thick and chewy! Some places I bought from used to spread the kueh so thin till it become pathetically floppy!!

$1.50 for 2. They also sell in 5s, but cos I waited to buy till after finished my dinner, there was only 2 left, but thank goodness there still was some left!!

The food court itself is styled reminiscent to the Malaysia boleh Food courts and offer quite a range of interesting popular option. Definitely worth going to
