This slice came in a degustation box and I'm glad it did, otherwise I'd never try it. I don't like caramel flavored things and absolutely hate any type of nuts inside my cakes, so this was waaaaay out of my comfort zone. The dough is 100% cocoa and the filing is Belgian chocolate ganache with bits of salted caramel and caramelized nuts. All the flavors complemented each other, the cake and the Belgium chocolate were very sweet and the caramel and nuts balanced it. But it is still very sweet, I shared this slice with my mom and neither of us would've handled it if it was any bigger. #veganisnotscary #curitiba
