If i’m going to have store-bought soup, Amy’s is my go-to brand. Large chunks of veggies in this minestrone are accompanied by equally large pasta shapes. Never too salty, this minestrone makes for a comforting autumn and winter meal. Dip a nice chunk of fresh bread into the broth….. Yummy. #veganisnotscary
