I’m usually more of a green pesto gal but it’s nice to switch it up from time time. I did enjoy this red pesto - a bit sweeter than its green counterpart but had a nice balance of spice to it too. Worked really nicely in my quinoa salad type dish I made for a quick dinner. Looking forward to trying it with some pasta next!
