Review of Steamed Vegetarian Dumplings at Din Tai Fung by waisum

These dumplings are the only reason why I go to Din Tai Fung. Always perfectly folded, steamed and filled with a mix of chopped mushrooms, greens, glass noodles and tofu. Best dipped in black vinegar with lots of ginger.
