As an ex-fan of Chongqing Grilled Fish before I turned vegetarian, I highly recommend this dish!

Heard from the staff that this dish is fairly new.

I thought that they would use the vegetarian fish fillet (which I do not really like), but they had used a different ingredient for the "fish".

To be honest I don't know what was used but to me it came close to deep-fried crispy fish, so that adds brownie points for me.

Mala gravy was oily, but wells mala is always oily. Mala spicy enough 👍
