Vegan shawarma served on an open 12" Khobez flatbread loaded with lettuce 🥬 onions 🧅 , tomato 🍅 and carrot ribbons, topped with humous, mayo and sriracha sauce.
Delicious and very filling, only downside is the way it’s plated because it’s tricky to eat it with the flatbread being open. Spicy too! 🌶
