This dish was beautifully presented! Underneath the veggies were a mix of quinoa and basil pesto. I probably wouldn't have liked it were it not for the basil pesto. It made the dish, with lots of added salt as well. And it turns out, to accidentally chew on lavender is pretty horrible 😖 But I did enjoy this dish. It's something I would never have tried were there other options. This is the only vegan dish (starters, main, desert) on the menu. #veganisnotscary
