Review of Kimchi Don at Vegetarian 一棵树 (Yi Ke Shu) Vegetarian Kitchen by dafnelately

A serving of kimchi, steamed broccoli 🥦, white button mushrooms, taugeh, seaweed, cashew nuts, and some form of sweet tempeh atop some brown rice 😋 Almost a #bibimbap actually, it’s a nice meal if you enjoy a mix of flavours. The #kimchi could really be a bit more tangy or spicy, could honestly I found it a bit lacking. The #veganmayo that came with it on the other hand was fantastic! Super sweet, never had anything like it before 😅 #takeout
