I have bought this cereal a few times. This time I did not buy it, but thought it was worth reviewing. The main reason I did not buy it is to avoid the high omega 6 sunflower oil in it, amongst the other processed ingredients. Fiber and protein is great for us, but only when it comes from whole plants. It may still be good for us, but can confuse our digestive system. Sunflower oil is not just detrimental to our health due to the balance of omega 6 fats, causing inflammation, digestive issues, depression and more, but is also very detrimental to our earth, because of the monoculture farming that is done to produce this highly processed food, causing many deaths to insects, birds, rodents, etc. Lives that are very important to our eco system and future of life on earth. Please be mindful of all the lives that are poisoned and killed by monoculture farming the next time you shop for food. Thank you. Love life!
