
Pre-cooked soy meat from Marukome’s Daizu Labo line. There are three types– minced, fillet, and chunks. This one is the filet type, perfect for chicken-like recipes. I use it in salads and sandwiches 🥗🥪
Since it’s already pre-cooked it’s very convenient! But I find the taste a bit strong, so I always rely on seasonings🧂 and sauces to make it extra delicious. Also, it may seem a bit expensive but I always get 2-3 servings out of one pack, so it’s quite reasonable in my opinion.
