A good burger of good taste made with peppers, eggplant, zucchini, with also caramelised chipotle, tomato, lettuce and pepper sauce… however it was a little bit “light” for me… too many vegetables, i would have preferred a burger made with soy, legumes or seitan, for example 🍔 #burger #rifugiomiletta #santuariocapraliberatutti
