"Flavours of #coconut, #ginger, and tangy #tamarind will transport you to Goa's tropical shores" Promise half fulfilled? 🤔 Couldn't taste the ginger, had hoped it would be creamier than it turned out to be, but still glad for a #lazyvegan sauce option like this 😅 I practically just sautéed a bunch of things (tofu, baby corn, mushroom, soy chunks, pumpkin, red onion - leftovers clearout 😛), dumped the sauce in, added some cashews and raisins ( @lol1409 😁), and let it simmer for a bit 😋 Easy.
