Marinated the tofu in soy sauce, lemon juice, Thai 5 spice, chilli flakes and maple syrup. Fried in garlic and ginger, added large brown mushrooms thinly sliced, broccoli and baby corn. And whole bunch of other spices and coconut cream. Served with rice vermicelli. A hit with the whole family!
