I received these as a free sample when I ordered their multivitamins. I love that they always send an extra or two to try! I saved these for a hot, hectic volunteer day at the sanctuary to see how they would perform when I needed hydration. Couldn’t tell whether they worked, but they were only a sample size. These electrolyte replenishers contain sodium, magnesium, potassium, and calcium—for hydration and recovery. The pina colada flavor was great and so was the texture of these vegan gummies!
