Excellent value for money (I walked around the whole shop and compared the value of 9 brands of vegan Omega-3, this one was had the best dosage to $$ ratio).
Would recommend to anyone who feels the effects of poor nutrition on their mental health. You can have up to 3 of these per day, but I only take one at midday so it doesn't clash with my Vitamin D (morning) or Iron (night) intake and it works a treat!
