You have to be careful with this brand as they also have a non-vegan version of this so make sure you get the one clearly labeled vegan. I had a vitamin D deficiency which is why I started using it and now my levels are normal so it seems to do the job :) it's easy to use and has no distinguishing taste #greyton #ashers #pigsnpaws
