The lip balm smells lovely and applies well, however it does leave a bit of a bitter taste on your lips.
The eco friendly packaging is a wonderful idea that looks and feels so nice.
The only problem is that to move the balm up through the tube you have to physically push it up from the bottom. This is almost impossible if you have long nails as you have to push very hard. The tube is also fairly narrow so my husband struggled to push the balm up for me.
We have also pushed it up too far now and there’s no way to retract it! So the lid couldn’t cover the balm…it also doesn’t work to try push the lid down to push it down 🤣 now half of the balm is smooshed into the lid! Maybe some adjustments can be made to the design.
