Eggplant Calzone au Double Zero — Avis de Susan (27 août 2021)

First of all, I enjoyed looking at that gorgeous cornucopia of pizza dough stuffed with eggplant and soft creamy cheese. Even better as leftovers! The other dish is the truffle and kale pizza, also excellent.
