Vegan chicken and mushroom Tom Kha soup au Puti Vegan Cafe — Avis de Kate Louise Powell (26 août 2021)

This was a delight. Really nice creamy broth that wasn’t too heavy - a generous amount of mock vegan chicken that was a good texture and soaked up the flavour, and plenty of mushrooms. The portion looks quite small but it’s satisfying and packed full of chicken and mushrooms - it doesn’t really need to be bigger, especially for £4 🥥🍄 Gorgeous!
