If you saw my #Ethiopian dinner post earlier today, this is the alternative for injera bread my housemate made 😋 We couldn’t source teff flour so instead they used something we already had lying around, cornmeal & cornflour 🌽 It still came out pretty good and paired well with the cuisine in any case. Cornmeal is nice on its own too & can also be worked into tonnes of baked goods so it’s generally nice to have around #pantrygoodies #veganin2021
