This is a high protein drink similar to a blackcurrant dilute such as Ribena. It mixes well and leaves no powder in the water. The foam on top dissolves after a minute or two. It tastes strongly of blackcurrant. It's quite expensive per serving but is also quite new so hopefully the price will come down over time.
