Pan con alioli au RESTAURANTE XALOC LOUNGE — Avis de fari (12 août 2021)

Ali i oli is a mediterranean sauce which literally translates to "garlic and oil". Its usually eaten with bread. The traditional recipe is basically those two ingredients, but the common product sold and served in most restaurants is actually a garlic-mayonnaise, so its not vegan. This restaurant has many vegan dishes, and they even offer vegan alioli(not common to find it).
The taste and texture are great!
So happy that some places here are starting to offer such an amount of vegan options!
